Part Time Recruiter

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the part-time Recruiter will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Strong understanding of various job roles and market trends
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
