Job Summary
To support high-volume hiring for a global security services organization, the part-time Recruiter will manage the recruiting lifecycle, conducting intake meetings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews in a remote contract role of 20-32 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Lead intake meetings with hiring leaders to define role requirements and strategies
- Evaluate and screen candidates, conducting phone interviews and providing feedback to hiring leaders
- Coordinate interview logistics and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Experience managing end-to-end recruiting workflows in a high-touch environment
- Strong ability to evaluate and select high-quality talent
- Proven project management skills in hiring processes from intake through offer
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Flexibility to support varying workloads week to week
