Job Summary

To support hiring across multiple functions with a strong focus on GTM roles, the part-time contract Recruiter will lead the full-cycle recruitment process and proactively build talent pipelines while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role competencies and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Utilize creative sourcing methods to access diverse talent pools and build relationships with potential hires

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success in using proactive and creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates
• Experience partnering with C-level executives in high-growth tech startups
• Familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape in the enterprise tech industry
