Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for HR, Sales, C-suite, and some technical roles while working remotely for 20 hours a week over 4 or 5 days.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using various recruiting channels
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
