Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews and surveys
• Contribute to research processes by taking notes, providing analysis, and managing user recruitment
• Develop and present progress reports and actionable research insights to cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human behavior, design, or UX, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of direct experience in qualitative user research
• Experience in market research preferred
• Work experience in the PreK-12 education market
• Strong knowledge of qualitative research and design tools
