Job Summary
To support a growing team, the part-time Retention Representative will work remotely to retain business clients and educate customers on the value of their Vehicle Service Contracts while achieving retention goals and overcoming objections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently increase retention rates and achieve retention goals
- Negotiate solutions and reinforce the value of contracts to retain customers
- Manage customer relationships and explain contract details to ensure peace of mind
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 3-5+ years of experience in retention, renewals, or customer account management
- Call center or inside sales experience required
- Background in automotive warranty, insurance, banking, or vacation ownership is a plus
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across CRM platforms
