Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Project Manager - SOP Development & Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SOP development and revision projects from intake through approval and publication
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to draft, update, and standardize SOPs and related documentation
  • Maintain SOP version control, review schedules, approval workflows, and archival processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management, SOP development, or documentation management
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Experience working with document management systems or online policy/SOP platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment while meeting deadlines
