Part-Time Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Staff Accountant (Flexible Remote/Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger records in QuickBooks Online
• Prepare and post journal entries and support month-end close processes
• Administer and optimize Ramp workflows and manage invoice processing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a small company or high-growth environment
• Strong, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience using Ramp or similar spend management platforms
• Solid understanding of accrual accounting and reconciliation best practices
• Ability to work independently and communicate with non-finance stakeholders
