Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Switchboard Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and screens incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, directing them to the appropriate area or contact
• Utilizes switchboard functionality and manages patient expectations effectively
• Documents calls and messages accurately, ensuring proper follow-up and compliance with departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with PC and Windows-based programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to type at a speed of twenty-five WPM and train onsite
