Part Time Switchboard Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Switchboard Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives and screens external and internal calls, directing or dispatching them as necessary
• Utilizes switchboard functionality and manages emergency calls with assistance
• Documents messages and incidents, providing patient next steps and follow-up expectations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with PC and Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work part-time hours on Saturday and Sunday, with flexibility for occasional overtime
