Job Summary

To support a dynamic consulting team, the part-time System Administrator will manage and optimize internal systems remotely, ensuring operational efficiency through troubleshooting, configuration, and integration of business-critical tools.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure the proper functioning and integration of internal systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues, including network-related problems
  • Collaborate with technical teammates on workflows and assist with internal technical rollouts
Required qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Familiarity with Zoho applications and other common productivity/SaaS platforms
  • Experience in managing tool integrations and troubleshooting access and performance issues
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing and VPNs
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment
