Part-Time Travel Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Travel Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange travel-related services including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Communicate with customers to determine their travel needs and provide consultative support adhering to travel policy guidelines
• Monitor and maintain reservations, ensuring all tasks are completed and accurate by the end of the shift

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 2 years travel counselor experience booking corporate/business travel
• Proficiency in Global Distribution System (GDS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform basic math operations and read/interpret information
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
