Job Summary

A major healthcare company has a current position open for a Partial Remote Business Analysis and Customer Surveys Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a remote team effectively
  • Creating, controlling and improving end-to-end business processes
  • Developing and implementing effective and strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in building and executing Survey's in order to be considered for this position
  • 4+ years of experience in the following areas: Business analysis, operations or project management experience
  • 2+ years of managing staff/teams
  • Experience with documenting processes and practices
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio
