Job Summary
A cost management company has an open position for a Partial Remote Corporate General Counsel Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Lead corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives
- Provide senior management with effective legal advice
- Manage the legal function, obtain and oversee the work of outside counsel
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to travel up to 10%
- US Law degree and admitted to Connecticut Bar or state with reciprocity
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a law firm environment
- Experience managing other attorneys and supervising support staff in a corporation
- Experience working on matters of corporate governance and with a board of directors
- Familiarity and understanding of Anti-Kickback Statues and Safe Harbor Regulations
