Job Summary
A healthcare software company has a current position open for a Partial Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for all project management duties of assigned engagement(s)
- Responsible for keeping assigned engagements on time and on budget
- Handle customer issues and concerns in an efficient and effective manner
Position Requirements Include:
- Attending internal product training programs, trade shows, user group forums, etc
- 7+ years experience working in the US Healthcare Industry
- Experience of working collaboratively across functional areas to achieve business goals
- Experience of internal and external customer service and focus skills
- Experience with Pharmacy ChargeLink or like product
- Educated to Bachelor Degree
