Job Summary
A well-known healthcare company in the U.S. has a current position open for a Partial Remote Field Behavioral Health Care Advocate in the Summit County Area.
Must be able to:
- Assist members with the transition from a care facility back to their home
- Provide quality care through close communication with members via in-person or on-phone interaction
- Visit Medicaid members in their homes and/or other settings
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel throughout Summit and Stark counties and live within a commutable distance
- 3+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
- Master's degree behavioral health OR Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing with eight years of behavioral health experience OR Doctorate - degreed Psychologist
- 1+year of experience working with Medicaid population
- 1+ year Community Mental Health experience
