Job Summary

An information technology and services company is seeking a Partial Remote Junior Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Coding, unit testing and creating supporting documentation
  • Testing modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards
  • Providing support and expertise on development technologies

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to attend 6-month training program in Baltimore, MD
  • Willingness to travel 20% and have a valid Driver's License
  • Solid understanding of object oriented programming and design and knowledge of standard development techniques (SDLC)
  • B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline; or equivalent experience and certification
  • 0-2+ years of professional software/web development experience
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following: JAVA, C#, ASP, .NET, SQL, XML
  • Knowledge of Relational Databases, Object Oriented Design, and Data Structures
