Job Summary

A medical company is in need of a Partial Remote Oncology Systems Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with developers to test and confirm Software meets company requirements
  • Act as gateway, in both directions, between engineering and the field—both customer and employees
  • Contributing to smaller projects like setting up CSP sites when requested or needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel to International subsidiaries to perform onsite comfort visits
  • Profound knowledge in Client troubleshooting with ARIA, Eclipse, Citrix, InSightive and Velocity; 5 + year’s experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or like experience
  • Demonstrated experience isolating and resolving networking issues
  • Demonstrated experience with Ethernet, host applications, and remote control tools
  • All other requirements listed by the company
