Job Summary

A technology services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Partial Remote Senior Security Firewall Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical leadership in design, development, migration and implementation of Stonesoft Firewalls
  • Developing and managing firewall infrastructure, VPN and ISP services, focusing on reliability, performance, and security

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Some travel to client locations
  • Strong knowledge in Firewall (Forcepoint/Stonesoft) configuration, policy optimization and troubleshooting
  • Experience in working in an enterprise level firewall environment (400-500 firewalls)
  • In-depth knowledge, experience, and understanding of various network security technologies
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of network security principles
