Job Summary

A computer systems company has a current position open for a Work from Home Systems Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing support to virtual network environments with SAN storage devices and Windows servers
  • Providing customer facing communication assisting with supporting virtual network environments
  • Supporting applications and peripherals on servers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel is up to 5% travel to attend additional training and or a conference
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering in MS Windows environment utilizing Server 2008 or higher
  • Minimum 5 years experience providing technical experience in troubleshooting support or implementation of VMware
  • Minimum 5 years experience providing technical troubleshooting support or implementation with Network Attached Storage (NAS) or Storage Area Network (SAN)
