Job Summary

A staffing and recruitment firm needs applicants for an opening for a Partial Telecommute Automation Subject Matter Expert in the Walnut Creek Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving Enterprise Change Management and Configuration Management process improvement projects
  • Applying deep expertise in delivering process automation and ServiceNow
  • Programming automation of report and scorecard creation via integration of reporting tools, Remedy and ServiceNow

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Partial telecommute; must work some of the time at offices in Walnut Creek or Corona, CA
  • Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum ten (10) years IT experience within a large matrixed organization
  • Software Developer experience in: HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, PHP, MySql, Ruby, etc
  • Deep working knowledge of automation and reporting tools such as HPOO, IBM Rational, BluePrism, Tableau and others
  • All other requirements listed by the company
