An employee benefits provider has an open position for a Partial Telecommute Customer Service Specialist I in Portland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to external customers inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Following documented processes/workflow while looking for ways to reduce customer effort
  • Meeting or exceeding individual performance goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Able to train on site before moving to the remote location
