Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Partial Telecommute Healthcare Information Data Analyst in Telluride.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluating and analyzing healthcare utilization and outcome data
• Automating import/export features between EMR and disease registries, and deploying population health and/or care management modules
• Developing reports and dashboards to accurately track clinical outcome measures and demographic data

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Willingness to begin partial telecommuting after 90 days of successful employment
• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in health informatics, programming, computing, epidemiology, statistics or related field
• 2-3 years of previous data analysis and/or applied research experience
• Advanced business intelligence (Cognos, SAS), MS Excel and Access skills
• Understanding of health data formats including: Medicare claims, EMR, lab and pharmacy
• Excellent knowledge of data collection, analysis, statistics and data presentation with experience in data mining techniques and procedures
