Job Summary

A staffing company has an open position for a Partial Telecommuting Salesforce Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Creating workflow diagrams to document current and future business environment
• Becoming an application SME (subject matter expert) for the supported business users
• Functioning as a liaison between the functional team and the technical development team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Work remotely 20%
• Established project management skills including familiarity with project scheduling and tracking documents
• Experience with 3rd party packages, custom-built solutions, and system integrations required
• Demonstrated expertise and experience with various CRM applications and relational database applications
• Needs to possess excellent communication and people skills
