Job Summary

A customer relationship management software company needs applicants for an opening for a Partial Telecommuting Service Cloud Strategic Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing successful service & support sales campaigns
  • Personally creating new leads from prospecting efforts and assisting others
  • Leveraging business from new & established relationships

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be able to lead client and prospect meetings, regional forecast calls, and account planning sessions
  • 8+ years of experience with selling application solutions
  • Extensive background selling Customer Service or Contact/Call Center solutions
  • 7+ years experience in software sales
  • Ability to exceed an annual sales quota
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, negotiate & close business
