A customer relationship management software company needs applicants for an opening for a Partial Telecommuting Service Cloud Strategic Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing successful service & support sales campaigns
- Personally creating new leads from prospecting efforts and assisting others
- Leveraging business from new & established relationships
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to lead client and prospect meetings, regional forecast calls, and account planning sessions
- 8+ years of experience with selling application solutions
- Extensive background selling Customer Service or Contact/Call Center solutions
- 7+ years experience in software sales
- Ability to exceed an annual sales quota
- Demonstrated ability to strategize, negotiate & close business
