Job Summary

A nonprofit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Partial Work at Home Senior Membership Recruitment Manager in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Organizing and managing membership development front-line experts to achieve yearly targets
  • Designing and introducing tactics and processes that enable the front-line experts to drive and achieve the yearly goals
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge of all membership-related policies and procedures

Required Skills:

  • Able to travel as required
  • Ability to provide training and quality leadership to a large team of sales people
  • Excellent with numbers, statistics and analysis
  • Global business experience and a successful track record managing and training sales teams
  • Sales field experience and a proven record of achieving targets
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 7 years of experience in sales management
  • Salesforce trained or proven experience
