Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a Partial Work from Home K through 12 Independent Study Teacher in Santa Clara County.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Advising and counseling parents and students;
- Evaluating student progress towards school and state standards
- Completing the required paperwork and documentation for each student
Qualifications for this position include:
- Overnight travel may be required
- After the first year of employment, an ES must become HQT in one core subject per year until the fourcore subjects are completed
- Ability to utilize computer technology
- Attending mandatory teacher trainings such as all ES meetings, monthly AF meetings, and other trainings
