Job Summary

Participant Advocate, a full-time remote position, is responsible for responding to participant inquiries via phone and email while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to participant inquiries through phone calls, emails, and voicemails within established service level agreements
  • Deescalate calls and escalate issues requiring further research to the appropriate teams
  • Complete ongoing training and assist with updating processes and procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred or equivalent experience accepted
  • Experience in customer service with a focus on patience and attentiveness
  • Ability to effectively handle inbound calls and emails in at least 1-2 service areas
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM and effective writing skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong punctuality
