Job Summary

Participant Advocate, is a full-time remote entry-level position responsible for responding to participant inquiries via phone and email while providing exceptional customer service and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail within established service level agreements
  • Navigate internal software programs to troubleshoot participant issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and assist in updating processes and procedures while acting as a team player
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred or equivalent experience accepted
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with patience and attentiveness
  • Competent in handling inbound calls and emails in at least 1-2 service areas
  • Effective multitasking and writing skills, with a typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and punctuality
