Participant Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Recruitment Coordinator on a Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all participant-facing tasks to ensure a positive trial experience and data accuracy
• Oversee data collection and in-person processes, maintaining participant trackers and Investigator Site File (ISF)
• Assist Principal Investigator with trial implementation and respond to CRO queries

Required Qualifications

• Experience with various tech tools, including Calendly and Docusign
• Experience in patient onboarding and follow-up procedures
• Ability to maintain a tracking system and execute follow-up procedures
• High agency and flexibility in response to work priorities
• Passion for improving healthcare and new treatment development
