Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Recruitment Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of Participant Recruitment Specialists across multiple research sites
  • Drive recruitment performance by setting clear expectations and accountability standards
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Operations to align recruitment strategies with site capacity and study timelines
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in clinical research, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Experience with CTMS platforms and recruitment tracking systems
  • Demonstrated success in driving participant recruitment and enrollment performance
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and inclusion/exclusion criteria
  • Proven ability to establish and manage KPIs related to conversion rates and enrollment outcomes
