Participant Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Recruitment Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
• Conduct phone-based pre-screening interviews to determine eligibility for clinical studies
• Schedule onsite screening visits and maintain compliance with patient enrollment processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; professional medical certification or higher preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required
• Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred but not required
