Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for retirement plan participants, the full-time Participant Service Associate will assist clients with inquiries via phone, email, and chat while supporting the Distributions team with withdrawal requests.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming communications from retirement plan participants effectively and professionally
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans
  • Collaborate with team members to improve departmental performance and meet key performance indicators
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service or retirement plan experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Desire and willingness to serve clients with empathy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
