Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for retirement plan participants, the full-time Participant Service Associate will assist clients with inquiries via phone, email, and chat while supporting the Distributions team with withdrawal requests.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to incoming communications from retirement plan participants effectively and professionally
- Participate in ongoing training to develop comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans
- Collaborate with team members to improve departmental performance and meet key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or retirement plan experience
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Desire and willingness to serve clients with empathy
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
