Job Summary
A company is looking for a Participant Service Center Representative - Inbound Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through handling incoming and outgoing communications
- Assist participants with inquiries regarding account balances, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service quality
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Basic knowledge of retirement plan services and daily recordkeeping
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
