Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Service Center Representative - Inbound Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service while handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes for plan participants
  • Assist participants with account inquiries, withdrawals, and fund transfers
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and resolve participant issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Basic knowledge of retirement plan services and daily recordkeeping
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
