Job Summary
A company is looking for a Participant Service Center Representative - Inbound Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service while handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes for plan participants
- Assist participants with account inquiries, withdrawals, and fund transfers
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and resolve participant issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Basic knowledge of retirement plan services and daily recordkeeping
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
