Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Participant Service Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing communications for retirement plan participants while working remotely from Cary, NC.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer participant calls and provide accurate responses to inquiries regarding account balances and transactions
  • De-escalate customer concerns with patience and support, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service quality
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Basic knowledge of retirement plan services and daily recordkeeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Microsoft Teams
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
