Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Services Agent (Part-Time) to provide customer service and support in a high-volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, update, and maintain client accounts to ensure compliance with industry policies and regulations
• Answer incoming calls regarding client account and compliance inquiries
• Assist management in identifying and improving outdated procedures and maintain weekly statistical reports

Required Qualifications

• General understanding of operations functions and industry regulations
• Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MBps for remote work
