Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to provide support for BridgeUSA programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from participants, hosts, and representatives via phone and email
  • Manage escalated support cases and provide on-call assistance during emergencies
  • Maintain participant records in SEVIS and prepare necessary documentation for international representatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
  • Previous customer service experience, call center experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload within tight deadlines
  • Must have a valid US Passport and US driver's license
  • Experience in a global and fast-paced work environment
