Job Summary
A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to provide support for BridgeUSA programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from participants, hosts, and representatives via phone and email
- Manage escalated support cases and provide on-call assistance during emergencies
- Maintain participant records in SEVIS and prepare necessary documentation for international representatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- Previous customer service experience, call center experience preferred
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload within tight deadlines
- Must have a valid US Passport and US driver's license
- Experience in a global and fast-paced work environment
