Participant Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to assist retirement plan account holders with inquiries and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for retirement plan participants
• Respond to incoming communications from retirement plan participants effectively and professionally
• Support the Distributions team with participant retirement plan withdrawal requests

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or retirement plan experience
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Desire and willingness to serve clients empathetically
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
