Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to assist participants through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail within standard service level agreements
  • Navigate multiple internal software programs to troubleshoot participant issues
  • Complete ongoing training and assist with updating processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred or equivalent experience accepted
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and emails in at least 1-2 service areas effectively
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and maintain punctuality
  • Positive attitude and ability to adapt communication styles to varied participants
