Job Summary
A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to assist participants through calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail within standard service level agreements
- Navigate multiple internal software programs to troubleshoot participant issues
- Complete ongoing training and assist with updating processes and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred or equivalent experience accepted
- Ability to handle inbound calls and emails in at least 1-2 service areas effectively
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and maintain punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt communication styles to varied participants
