Job Summary
A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to assist participants through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail within established service level agreements
- Navigating internal software programs to troubleshoot participant issues and escalate when necessary
- Complete ongoing training and assist with updating processes and procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred or equivalent experience accepted
- Ability to effectively handle inbound calls and emails in at least 1-2 service areas
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective writing skills
- Must be a team player with excellent attendance and punctuality
