Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to assist participants through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail within established service level agreements
  • Navigating internal software programs to troubleshoot participant issues and escalate when necessary
  • Complete ongoing training and assist with updating processes and procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred or equivalent experience accepted
  • Ability to effectively handle inbound calls and emails in at least 1-2 service areas
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective writing skills
  • Must be a team player with excellent attendance and punctuality
