Job Summary

A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to respond to participant inquiries and assist with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail within standard service level agreements
  • Navigate multiple internal software programs to troubleshoot participant issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Complete ongoing training and assist with updating processes and procedures while acting as a team player
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred or equivalent experience accepted
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and emails in at least 1-2 service areas
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Must demonstrate punctuality and exceptional attendance
  • Willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team
