Job Summary

Providing essential support to participants and partners in CIEE's BridgeUSA programs, the remote Participant Services Associate will manage inquiries, resolve escalated cases, and ensure compliance with program regulations in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to participant and host inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely communication
  • Manage a caseload of escalated support cases and provide on-call support during assigned rotations for after-hours emergencies
  • Maintain participant records in SEVIS and prepare necessary documentation in accordance with J-1 visa regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a valid US Passport and US driver's license
