Job Summary
Delivering exceptional service remotely, the full-time hourly Participant Services Representative will respond to inquiries from 401(k) participants and payroll providers, guiding them through account navigation and providing information on retirement plans.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding 401(k) plan details and account access through phone, email, and chat
- Educate participants on investment options, distributions, and troubleshooting account issues
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and resolve participant concerns efficiently
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or retirement plans
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education in finance or business is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Understanding of retirement plan concepts is preferred
