Partner Account Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software & Technology Partner Account Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a partner development strategy aligned with Microsoft's partner motions
- Develop relationships with Microsoft and ERP partners to drive awareness and joint pipeline
- Manage the lifecycle of Dayforce offers in Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in partner development or alliance management, particularly in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Microsoft solution areas and marketplace operations
- Experience with ERP providers and HCM-ERP partnerships
- Operational fluency in Partner Center and financial compliance related to marketplace transactions
