Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Account Executive to nurture and expand relationships with broker, carrier, and tech partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand partner relationships by building strong, enduring connections with brokers, carriers, and referral sources
- Execute strategic growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
- Achieve sales goals by consistently meeting or exceeding quotas and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, focusing on account management and strategic expansion
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a partnership-driven environment
- Experience working with brokers, carriers, and key players in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
- Background in the pet care and/or employer benefits industry preferred
