Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Account Executive to nurture and expand relationships with broker, carrier, and tech partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and expand partner relationships by building strong, enduring connections with brokers, carriers, and referral sources
  • Execute strategic growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue
  • Achieve sales goals by consistently meeting or exceeding quotas and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, focusing on account management and strategic expansion
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a partnership-driven environment
  • Experience working with brokers, carriers, and key players in the insurance industry
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
  • Background in the pet care and/or employer benefits industry preferred
