Job Summary
Driving growth and expansion, the full-time remote Partner Account Executive will manage a portfolio of high-potential distribution partners, focusing on developing growth strategies, increasing partner engagement, and strengthening long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned partner accounts
- Drive premium growth and market expansion across assigned relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency principals and partner leadership teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or partner management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and partner expansion
- Experience working with independent agents, brokers, or embedded insurance platforms preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
