Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Account Manager to manage channel partners and drive growth in the NAMER region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net new upsell ARR through channel partners in the NAMER region
  • Reduce churn and improve renewal rates across partner accounts
  • Train partners on effective renewal and upselling strategies while managing the renewal and upsell pipeline
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Partnership Account Manager or Direct Account Manager role
  • Experience in operations with the ability to create and organize business processes
  • Understanding and experience with IT Service Providers and the IT Channel
  • Highly driven self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Strong focus on partner and customer relationships
