Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Account Manager to manage channel partners and drive growth in the NAMER region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive net new upsell ARR through channel partners in the NAMER region
- Reduce churn and improve renewal rates across partner accounts
- Train partners on effective renewal and upselling strategies while managing the renewal and upsell pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Partnership Account Manager or Direct Account Manager role
- Experience in operations with the ability to create and organize business processes
- Understanding and experience with IT Service Providers and the IT Channel
- Highly driven self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Strong focus on partner and customer relationships
