Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for assigned partners, providing support and guidance on products and services
• Manage partner inquiries, conducting research to resolve issues and communicate resolutions effectively
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, anticipating their business needs and promoting relevant solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year's industry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Flexibility to field phone calls from partners outside of business hours
• Ability to manage a complex workload
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
