Partner Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage partner relationships and ensure operational success for clinic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and ongoing relationship management for assigned clinic partners
• Drive adoption of workflows and operational best practices to improve compliance and client engagement
• Monitor partner performance and engagement metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, operations, or practice management
• Experience working with external partners or clients in a relationship-driven role
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or adjacent industries is a strong plus
